The Graduate Engineer Program is a 12-month entry-level development opportunity designed to help engineering graduates build core technical and professional skills. The Systems Design Engineer Graduate will gain hands-on experience in automation systems, product integration, and industrial computing, while contributing to live projects that serve major industries in South Africa

Responsibilities

• Design, define, and implement complex automation and control system requirements for client projects
• Conduct system studies to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Develop and document system specifications, input/output processes, and hardware/software integration requirements
• Assist in subsystem design and ensure seamless integration of total systems solutions
• Support the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of system functionality
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing recommendations and corrective actions where necessary
• Participate in site visits to support installation, commissioning, and customer training activities
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Industrial Computing, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
